Requirements:
2-3 years industry experience in a retail environment
Your own clientele (willing to train the right person)
Sales experience a must
Windows proficient (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of using a CRM system (ClientBase)
Corporate or Leisure experience
GDS experience on Sabre preferred (we operate on Sabre/Trams/ClientBase)
Ticketing and fare construction knowledge
High level of customer service
Ability to work independently but also in a team environment
